Position Overview

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to manage a wide range of HR operations and help us build a positive, high-performing work culture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination in collaboration with accounts.
• Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures .
• Conduct employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Handle grievances and employee relations with empathy and confidentiality.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Prepare and share HR reports and dashboards as needed.
• Assist management in performance appraisal and training coordination.
