Job Description : Human Resources Executive
Key Roles & Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and leave records in HRMS and other tools.
- Conduct employee inductions and manage end-to-end joining formalities including documentation and onboarding.
- Issue and manage biometric access / ID cards for new employees and collect them from resigning staff during exit formalities.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely setup of email accounts, login credentials, and hardware (laptops / desktops) for new joiners.
- Upload and maintain employee records in HRMS and Saral software, including appointment / contract letters, salary structures, and bank details.
- Enter and update PF details of new employees in relevant systems.
- Keep HR databases and Google Sheets updated with information on new joiners, resignations, birthdays, and anniversaries.
- Prepare and issue experience letters, relieving letters, and other exit-related documents for employees.
- Maintain updated records of employee lifecycle data such as new joiners, exits, and clearance status.
- Coordinate with department heads for contract extensions, approvals, and employee-related requirements.
- Handle background and ex-employee verification requests in consultation with relevant managers.
- Maintain and organize all HR documentation, employee files, and compliance-related records.
- Support payroll processing by updating payroll sheets with attendance, new joiner details, and exit information.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and share weekly and monthly HR reports (attendance, headcount, employee movements, etc.) with management.Provide insights and maintain accurate HR data to support decision-making.
