Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment : Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.

Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.

HR Operations : Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and handle documentation related to policies and procedures.

Compliance : Ensure HR practices adhere to local labor laws and company policies.

Training Coordination : Assist in planning and organizing training and development programs.

Performance Management : Support the performance appraisal process and help with setting performance goals.

Employee Engagement : Plan and execute initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

HR Reporting : Compile and analyze HR data to generate insights for decision-making.

Policy Implementation : Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and guidelines.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR functions and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
