About The Job : In this position, youre responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize global inventory levels, reduce working capital, and improve cash flow across our organization. You collaborate with supply chain and cross-functional teams, including finance, product owners, manufacturing, and sales, to drive inventory efficiency, minimize obsolescence, and ensure alignment with business and customer needs. You report to the Head of Global Planning.

Key responsibilities Leading global inventory strategy to optimize stock levels across regions and business units.

• Monitoring and managing inventory KPIs, including Days in Inventory (DII), Obsolete and slow-moving inventory (DSMI).
• Partnering with demand planning, supply planning, and logistics to ensure inventory availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and assessing a wide range of inventory policies and controls.
• Revising inventory segmentation and stocking policies to balance service levels and cost.
• Leading benchmarking initiatives and implementing best practices to reduce working capital tied up in inventory.
• Acting as a global point of contact for inventory ownership and NWC initiatives, aligning finance, procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams.

The location for this position is globally flexible, preferably close to one of our sites such as Fagersta & Stockholm (Sweden), Guanzate (Italy), Pune (India), Bourges & Bouxwiller (France), Lottum (Netherlands), Ciechanow (Poland) or Reynoldsville (US).
