Business Development Manager - Sales

Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making. Create customized proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies for potential clients. Collaborate with operations and legal teams for contract finalization and service deployment. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Strong business development and sales acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and competitor analysis. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in valet parking across target sectors (hotels, malls, hospitals, events, airports, etc.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
