Roles and Responsibilities

• Having 2 years experience of wet and dry emulsion adhesive batch process. From Initial charging to the final product.
• Knowledge of emulsion adhesive production operation and process method.
• Operate DCS system
• Monitoring and controlling all the batch process parameter safely.
• Having experience of All the Batch processing of wet lamination adhesive, dry lamination ,homopolymer adhesive ,wood adhesive.
• water based adhesive and solvent based adhesive. Paint adhesive. Side pasting adhesive, furniture adhesive , presser sensitive adhesive, Lebale, adhesive, paper adhesive.
• Ability to work independently to synthesize improve and customize polymer.
• Actions taking when dcs indicate any alarm.
• Ability to checking final product as per specification.
• Knowledge of Raw material.
• Knowledge to follow safety norms to archive zero accident and zero breakdown.
• Knowledge of kaizen implementation in a plant.
• Knowledge of ISO standard.
• 5s Activity
• Man power handling
