Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team as a Legal Executive or Associate Manager Legal. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate law and title verification processes and ready to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Draft comprehensive Title Opinions using the Maatrum proprietary platform.
• Interact with clients to understand their policy requirements, address queries, and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.
• Collaborate with Operations and Tech Teams to improve Turnaround Time (TAT), enhance process efficiency, and support product optimization.
• Ensure quality compliance with client credit policies and internal legal standards.
• Provide legal guidance and proactive solutions to internal teams for seamless report processing and challenge resolution.
