Job Description :

Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on a range of legal matters.

Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.

Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the organization's interests.

Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including court hearings, arbitrations, and negotiations.

Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advise the organization on potential impacts.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in all business operations and activities.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations on legal issues.

Continuously monitor and assess potential risks and legal implications for the organization, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other relevant parties.

Uphold a strong code of ethics and professional conduct, and ensure that all legal activities are carried out with integrity and in accordance with company values.
