Roles & Responsibilities :
Greet and assist
walk-in clients, visitors, and channel partners
at the sales office or project site.
Coordinate
site visits , ensure proper arrangements, and inform the sales team in advance.
Maintain visitor records and update daily
walk-in reports .
Provide guests with brochures, project details, and amenities overview as needed.
Manage front-desk activities, calls, and appointment scheduling.
Ensure the
reception and sales lounge area
are tidy, organized, and presentable.
Follow up on client appointments.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, admin, housekeeping) for seamless guest experience.
Handle client queries politely and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.
Required Skills & Attributes :
Pleasant personality with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good command of
English, Hindi, and local language
Customer-focused attitude and
professional grooming
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications : Graduate in
Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field
Minimum
1 year of experience
in guest relations / front office, preferably in
real estate, hospitality, or service sector
