Role (Full-time, On-site)
Welcome, escort, and personalize experiences for guests and VIPs.Handle special requests, amenities, surprises, and celebrations.Manage guest feedback; resolve issues or escalate promptly.Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Events for seamless service.Maintain guest profiles / CRM and encourage reviews / loyalty.Assist with express check-in / out, transport, tours, and local recommendations.Support lobby hosting, queue management, and brand presentation.Qualifications
1–3 years in Guest Relations / Front Office; freshers with strong soft skills may apply.Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.Customer-first mindset; calm under pressure.Basic PMS / MS Office skills; upselling aptitude.Hospitality Degree / Diploma (preferred).English fluency; Tamil / local language a plus.Flexible to work shifts / weekends.
