The Role
We’re recruiting a Guest Relations Executive who lives and breathes hospitality. You’ll be the friendly, approachable face of our properties — making guests feel welcome, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every moment of their stay is seamless and special. You’ll report to the Resident Manager and help create the kind of experiences guests remember long after they leave.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and manage smooth check-ins / check-outs.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with warmth and efficiency.
- Maintain guest profiles and track preferences for truly personalised service.
- Collaborate with F&B, housekeeping, spa, and other teams to curate experiences.
- Support pre-arrival communication and post-stay follow-ups.
- Ensure the front office and lobby feel organised, welcoming, and vibrant.
- Represent the property’s ethos and commitment to exceptional service in every interaction.
Who You Are
1–3 years in guest relations, front office, or hospitality customer service.Warm, approachable, and genuinely passionate about creating memorable experiences.Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.Detail-oriented and proactive — you notice what others might miss.Comfortable working in a boutique or remote setting.What We Offer
