- We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who understands that strong sales come from structure, clarity, and timely action;
not noise.
This role is the backbone of our sales function, ensuring leads are managed well, communication stays sharp, and opportunities move forward with intention.
You'll work closely with our Business Development Executives, Marketing Specialist, and Founders to keep the pipeline active, organized, and performance-ready.

What You’ll Do
Keep the pipeline disciplined : Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure opportunities move with momentum.Strengthen outreach : Assist with proposals, sales decks, and communication assets.Run multi-platform sales coordination : Help manage and optimize outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, CRM systems, and other channels.Enable AI-powered sales workflows : Use ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Notion AI, and other automation tools to draft follow-ups, enrich leads, personalize outreach, and improve conversion chances.Operational clarity : Maintain CRM hygiene, document conversations, and share structured daily / weekly progress summaries.Prep and organize : Ensure BD teams have everything ready before sales calls or demos.Cross-team alignment : Work with marketing to sync campaign messaging with sales goals and lead quality.What’s In It for You

1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, client servicing, or business ops .Organized, proactive, and excellent at managing multiple follow-ups.Solid communicator;professional, clear, and confident.
Comfortable using AI tools, CRMs, and automation platforms to simplify and speed up tasks.Detail-oriented with strong judgment and reliability.Motivated by outcomes, progress, and process-improvement.Your Success Will Look Like
