About the Role :
As the Community & Content Manager , you will :
- Be the face of our paid and free communities , ensuring members feel connected and inspired.
- Manage Lakshit Bhayana’s LinkedIn presence , podcast outreach, and communication channels.
- Drive initiatives that grow our brand, deepen relationships, and scale the impact of IRMC’s 100-Cr mission.
This is a creator-builder role for someone who thrives on storytelling, relationship-building, and taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities :
🧩 1. Paid Community Management & Engagement
Manage daily engagement and communication within IRMC’s paid community.Onboard new members, host discussions, and plan interactive activities.Collect feedback and create strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.🌱 2. Free Community Nurturing & Engagement
Build and execute strategies to engage and nurture free community members.Plan posts, discussions, and events that encourage conversions to the paid community.Maintain warm, authentic communication with members.🎙️ 3. Podcast Outreach & Guest Coordination
Reach out to CXOs, Founders, and industry leaders for podcast guest collaborations.Handle end-to-end coordination — outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups.Maintain a structured guest database and outreach tracker.💼 4. LinkedIn Management (Lakshit Bhayana’s Personal Brand)
Plan, schedule, and manage Lakshit’s LinkedIn content calendar.Ensure alignment with his tone, storytelling, and mentorship positioning.Track post performance and engagement to improve visibility.✉️ 5. Email Nurturing & Content Writing
Write and manage email campaigns for both IRMC members and leads.Craft nurturing sequences, announcements, and updates that drive engagement.📱 6. Social Media & Content Coordination
Plan, write, and coordinate content for social media platforms.Work with designers to create visuals for events, webinars, and brand campaigns.Ensure the brand voice and design remain consistent.🎨 7. Creative Development for Webinars & Podcasts
Design and curate banners, creatives, and promotional assets.Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all platforms.📊 8. Reporting & Dashboard Management
Track community metrics — engagement, growth, retention, and conversions.Maintain dashboards for campaigns, email performance, and podcast outreach.Provide weekly performance reports with insights and actionable takeaways.Identify what’s working, what’s not, and suggest optimization strategies.Who You Are :
