Job Overview : We are seeking a
Senior Brand Manager
(Client Servicing / Account Manager) to lead and manage one of our marquee clients —
GMR Hyderabad International Airport.
The selected candidate will be stationed at the client’s location in
Shamshabad (RGIA Airport)
and will act as the key liaison between the client and our internal agency teams.
This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital branding, social media management, and client servicing. You will be responsible for translating brand objectives into impactful campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, and consistently delivering value that strengthens client trust. Prior experience in handling large-scale or enterprise-level clients is a must.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the
primary point of contact for GMR
and manage all client communications with professionalism and clarity.
Build a deep understanding of client objectives and translate them into effective digital
branding and social media strategies.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams across
content, design, and video
to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Review creative concepts, provide clear feedback, and ensure all deliverables are aligned with the client’s brand voice and objectives.
Monitor campaign performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
Present campaign reviews, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
Manage timelines, briefs, approvals, and deliverables to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications : 4+ years
of experience in client servicing / account management in a digital marketing or branding agency (Preferred).
Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and social media trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to ideate with creative teams and contribute to content and campaign ideas.
Strong project and time management skills with a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in G Suite; familiarity with social media scheduling / analytics tools is a plus.
