Role Description

This Business Development Associate (Field Sales) role is a full-time, on-site position located in Lucknow. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, delivering presentations, and engaging in effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks involve identifying potential clients, developing and nurturing relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

• Presentation Skills and delivering Presentations,
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
