Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our staffing services across the US market. This is a hunter role focused on building relationships and closing deals.
Primary Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition : Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts across various industries
- Revenue Generation : Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR directors, and C-level executives
- Market Research : Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to create targeted sales strategies
- Proposal Development : Create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting.
Required Qualifications
