Overview
Hiring an Accounts & Operations Executive to manage PO flow, shipment updates, monthly invoicing, and cash-payment tracking. The role requires strong Excel abilities, good accounting understanding, and comfort working in Zoho Books.
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and organise Purchase Orders from buyers.
- Coordinate with merchandisers and update shipment status (successful / delayed / cancelled).
- Consolidate all successful shipments and prepare a single monthly invoice in Zoho Books.
- Record cash payments and maintain non-invoice income entries.
- Maintain Excel trackers for POs, shipments, and monthly reconciliations.
- Support basic accounting tasks and ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills
Strong Excel proficiency : VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning.Clear understanding of invoicing, ledgers, and payment handling.Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.Ability to manage PO workflows and shipment-based operations.Strong organisation and attention to detail.Qualification
B.Com or M.Com.
