Account Executive

Role : Accounts Executive Intern Location : Coimbatore Experience : Freshers to 1 Year About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. Key Responsibilities : Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and recording the transactions in Tally ERP & QuickBooks. Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and receipts. Support in preparing reports, reconciliations, and documentation. Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on the status of accounts receivable and payable. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting tasks. Coordinate with internal teams and provide support during audits. Required Skills : Proficiency in Tally ERP & QuickBooks. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Employment Type : Unpaid Internship for the first month (with potential for conversion based on performance)
