Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach : Call and engage potential candidates, understand their needs, and guide them with career clarity.
Sales Ownership : Manage the full funnel — from first call to enrollment. Drive follow-ups, close deals, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Program Pitching : Present Skillcase’s journey — from learning German to working in Germany — and personalize it for each candidate’s stage.
Targets & Tracking : Achieve enrollment goals, track pipeline status, and maintain clean data in CRM / Sheets.
Team Building : Build sales playbooks, onboard new members, and lay the foundation of our BD function as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience (Edtech, Migration, Training, or Healthcare preferred)
Fluent in English; Kannada / Telugu / Tamil preferred.
Confident communicator with consultative sales skills over phone / Zoom
