Key responsibilities
Client relationship management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build long-term relationships, and ensure their digital marketing needs are met.
Strategy development : Create and implement digital marketing strategies (including SEO, social media, and paid advertising) based on client objectives and market research.
Project management : Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Performance monitoring and analysis : Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports to clients on campaign performance, results, and areas for improvement.
Internal coordination : Work with internal teams (such as creative, analytics, and technical teams) to ensure successful campaign execution.
Stay current : Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven experience in a digital marketing or account management role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and PPC.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools.
