Key responsibilities
- Client relationship management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build long-term relationships, and ensure their digital marketing needs are met.
- Strategy development : Create and implement digital marketing strategies (including SEO, social media, and paid advertising) based on client objectives and market research.
- Project management : Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance monitoring and analysis : Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports to clients on campaign performance, results, and areas for improvement.
- Internal coordination : Work with internal teams (such as creative, analytics, and technical teams) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay current : Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required skills and qualifications
