Key Responsibilities
- Create and administer content across all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Build and maintain strong customer engagement through effective social media strategies.
- Monitor online platform metrics such as Google Analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Support the Marketing & Sales teams in the creation and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication between the brand and its customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive brand consistency across multiple locations and platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Canva for content creation and presentation.Additional Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Good copywriting and editing abilities.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.Skills Required
