Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content relevant and fresh.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, paid campaigns, and brand partnerships when required.
Technical Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any field1–3 years of experience in managing social media for a brand or agency.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Basic knowledge of social media ad campaigns and AI will be an added advantageSkills Required
