What You’ll Do :
- Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for Lead Generation & eCommerce clients.
- Conduct deep audience research, A / B testing, and funnel analysis to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative & content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For :
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.Proven track record in generating high-quality leads or eCommerce sales.Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager.Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar tools.Creative mindset + analytical thinking — able to blend storytelling with data.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Bonus Skills (Good to Have) :
Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Performance Max campaigns.Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRM integration.Agency experience handling multiple client accounts.Perks :
