What You’ll Do :

Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for Lead Generation & eCommerce clients.
Conduct deep audience research, A / B testing, and funnel analysis to improve performance.
Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with creative & content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For :

2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

Proven track record in generating high-quality leads or eCommerce sales.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar tools.

Creative mindset + analytical thinking — able to blend storytelling with data.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have) :

Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Performance Max campaigns.

Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRM integration.

Agency experience handling multiple client accounts.
