We're now looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager who can independently manage ad campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and convert them into confirmed catering orders.

Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, handling incoming leads or calls, converting them into sales, and meeting monthly revenue targets. This role combines digital marketing performance ownership with sales accountability, ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) with a focus on lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy for maximum ROI.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversion rate.
• Write high-performing ad copies and manage extensions, negative keywords, and A / B testing.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Handle inbound leads, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries — convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets; earn incentives upon completion.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards and provide weekly reports on ad performance and conversions.
• Stay updated with new Google Ads features, competitor activities, and digital marketing trends.
