Job Title : Telecaller

Timings : 08 : 30 AM to 06 : 30 PM- Monday to Saturday

Location : Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

We are a creative studio specializing in premium and customized designer invitation cards for weddings, events, and special occasions. Our mission is to turn every invite into a piece of art, leaving a lasting impression.

We are seeking a persuasive and proactive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, provide product information, and convert leads into orders. A background in sales or customer service especially in the event or design industry will be an advantage.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or inquiries.
• Explain our designer invitation card offerings, pricing, and customization options.
• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate products / services.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the customer and generate meeting for Sales Team
• Support walk-in customers or assist with showroom visits if needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communication, or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in [Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of invitation cards, printing, or event-related products is preferred.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or MS Office is preferred. Must be Technically sound.
• well versed with soft skills, Excellent in conversion.
