Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Mumbai. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential students and their families, guiding them through the process of overseas education. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed information about our services, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and answering any related questions. The Caller will also assist in the follow-up processes and support the team in meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or a similar role
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge of overseas education procedures and requirements is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are advantageous
