Job descriptionPrepare regular AR aging reports and present actionable insights to senior management. Analyze customer payment trends and recommend process improvements to enhance cash flow. Act as the primary point of contact for AR-related inquiries and disputes. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment cycles. Identify inefficiencies within the AR processes and lead initiatives for process improvement and automation. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Education : Qualified CA with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Experience : 4+ including 2 years in Big 4 (Audit / Assurance) and subsequent exposure to AR, collections, and finance operations in fast-paced environments. Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Advanced Excel skills are essential. Analytical Abilities : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Professional with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience, possess excellent analytical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to managing and optimizing the accounts receivable function.
