Assistant Manager -Accounts Receivable
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily collection operations for lease rent and Fees, Expenses, Rent, and other charges within our commercial real estate portfolio. This role reports to the Assistant Manager and manages Team Leaders while working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure optimal collection & AR performance and SLA compliance
What this job involves :
- Team Management & Leadership, ability to lead and mentor a team of 10-12 collection specialists and SMEs
- Should have good understanding on updating live dashboards tracking DSO, collection efficiency, and aging buckets
- Oversee dispute resolution and complex collection scenarios
- Understand and should have hands on experience tiered approval workflows based on customer risk profiles
- Monitor and drive the team to capture accurate MIS and report to management as required
- Undertake monthly performance reviews and continuously strive to upskill the team from an industry, domain, and 'soft skills' perspective

Com / M.
