Credgenics - Accounts Receivable Specialist

are seeking a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer receivables efficiently, ensuring timely invoicing, collection, and reconciliation, primarily utilizing Zoho Finance solutions.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential to maintain strong client relationships and resolve queries promptly.

Key Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation using Zoho Books or Zoho ERP.

• Generate and dispatch accurate invoices on time while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
• Proactively monitor outstanding customer balances and execute timely follow-up actions to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Address and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes, maintaining a professional and constructive communication tone.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, and ensure data accuracy within Zoho financial platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to reconcile accounts and streamline billing processes.
• Prepare periodic receivables aging reports and other financial reports for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
• Manage documentation and empanelment process for clients to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of Form 26AS with receivables to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications & Skills :

Preferred Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards / IndAs and GST compliance.
