Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities through direct field sales. Using a consultative selling approach, the candidate will identify and qualify leads, converting them into successful sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned field sales targets
- Generate business from new and existing customer accounts
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build strong relationships and maintain long-term customer engagement
- Provide accurate and timely reporting through CRM systems
