Field Application Engineer

Major Areas of Responsibility：

1. Work closely with the CSM / RSM / BDM / KAM to provide technical support & solutions for KA & PA –

 To answer request for proposal

 To resolve customer’s applications via technical expertise.

 To obtain customer satisfaction.

2. Project support in Pre-sales stage

 Tender Document study and analysis.

 To propose suitable solutions, execute POC (Proof of Concept) and FAT (Factory acceptance test) for company's channels and end customers

 Support pre-sales activities such as seminars, customer visit, exhibition, to present product features and value proposition.

3. To provide Internal / External technical training to either colleagues or customer

4. To handle additional assignments or projects on demand which is required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives-

The candidates should have strong networking skills. The top priority is to recruit individuals who possess solid L2, L3, and firewall-related networking expertise. Certification such as CCNP / CCIE is mandatory.
