Job description

Roles / Responsibilities :

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the following :

  • Identify and target potential customers from the specified target

companies and geography

  • Research and analyse market trends and competition to identify potential
  • sales opportunities.

  • Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and other
  • communication channels.

  • Qualify leads through consultative conversations to assess their needs and
  • potential fit with our solutions.

  • Build and maintain a strong network within the SMB / Enterprise market
  • segment.

  • Position CompUp effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-class
  • Compensation Management technology

  • Assist in creating sales strategies and developing a robust pipeline of
  • leads for the sales team.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified
  • leads.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales information to management for
  • reporting purposes.

  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and progress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre-sales support and
  • addressing customer inquiries.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively
  • communicate value propositions.

    Requirements :

    To be successful in this role, the candidate should have :

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the SaaS industry, preferably in
  • HR Tech

  • A creative and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling
  • A general understanding of SaaS offerings and HR Technology industry
  • Ability to differentiate yourself to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish
  • relationships with potential customers.

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a high degree of accountability
