Roles / Responsibilities :
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the following :
- Identify and target potential customers from the specified target
companies and geography
Research and analyse market trends and competition to identify potentialsales opportunities.
Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and othercommunication channels.
Qualify leads through consultative conversations to assess their needs andpotential fit with our solutions.
Build and maintain a strong network within the SMB / Enterprise marketsegment.
Position CompUp effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-classCompensation Management technology
Assist in creating sales strategies and developing a robust pipeline ofleads for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualifiedleads.
Provide timely and accurate sales information to management forreporting purposes.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and progress.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre-sales support andaddressing customer inquiries.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectivelycommunicate value propositions.
Requirements :
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have :
3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the SaaS industry, preferably inHR Tech
A creative and customer-focused mindsetExperience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold callingA general understanding of SaaS offerings and HR Technology industryAbility to differentiate yourself to customersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to establishrelationships with potential customers.
Experience with CRM softwareSelf-motivated and results-driven with a high degree of accountabilitySkills Required
