This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring timely resolution of grievances, and promoting healthy employee engagement across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and resolve employee grievances professionally and confidentially
• Handle core employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through consistent engagement
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure alignment and trust
• Maintain proper documentation of all ERM cases and follow-ups
• Support HR initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention
