HR Executive (Talent Acquisition and HR operations) (Apply Now)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations, along with a flair for organizing employee engagement initiatives.

This is 'Work from Office' position only, Mon-Fri 9AM to 6PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out.
• Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and ensure timely delivery of profiles as per requirements.
• Source candidates directly through job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
