Job description :

Graduate & Post Graduate having 1-3 years working experience in sales field.

Candidate residing in Bengaluru will be preferred.

Market Research :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed about the latest developments.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and assess potential for business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives, and propose suitable solutions.

Sales Presentations :

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Highlight the benefits and unique selling points of the company's products or services.
  • Prepare and submit proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Achieving Targets :

  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Feedback and Improvement :
  • Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve products or services.
  • Provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
