Business Development Executive

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Enterprise Sales) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Bangalore market and proven experience in hunting and acquiring new enterprise clients . This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on building a robust sales pipeline and closing high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the enterprise segment .
• Conduct market research to map out potential clients in the Bangalore region .
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, procurement heads, etc.).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align client needs with solutions.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads and promote the company.
