The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, build strong client relationships, and drive new business opportunities while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors / clients in the US staffing market.
• Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities through effective client engagement.
• Manage end-to-end business development cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
