Job Description :

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps through in-depth market research.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline for MDMS, Head-End Systems, and energy analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape client-centric solutions and ensure successful deployments.
  • Build trusted relationships with utilities, government bodies, and global partners.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Own P&L for assigned verticals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Represent Genus at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand presence.
  • Stay updated with evolving regulations and industry trends in energy & utilities.

What You Bring :

  • Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
  • 2 years of business development experience in software and solution sales
  • Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A consultative mindset with proven experience in client engagement & business modeling
