We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a proven track record in a professional kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring dishes are innovative and appealing.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
Skills and Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef de Partie or similar role.In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.Skills Required
