Job Responsibilities :
Understanding of cattle feed products, animal nutrition, and livestock care
Awareness of local farming practices and livestock management
Ability to explain product benefits (e.g. feed efficiency, animal health improvement)
Field sales experience in rural / agriculture sector
Channel development and distributor / dealer management
Target achievement and sales planning
Negotiation and deal closure
Market research and competitor analysis
Strong verbal communication in local language(s) and Hindi / English
Ability to build trust and rapport with farmers, dealers, and distributors
Customer follow-up and after-sales support
Route planning and rural area coverage
Daily field visit reporting and CRM usage (if applicable)
Lead generation and conversion
