  • Effectively leading operations with India's second-largest channel partner to drive continuous growth and success in strategically targeted territories within Bangalore, resulting in an annual turnover of approximately 42 crores.
  • Leading a team , comprising sales representatives and promoters, to ensure effective execution and visibility in key accounts, surpassing competitor presence.
  • Developing comprehensive strategies to enhance the visibility and promote the reputation of our organization across various trade channels in assigned territory.
  • Assessing stakeholder's performance and providing actionable recommendations for enhancements.
  • Coordinating the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales projections, and identifying potential new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing data to uncover trends and patterns, enabling informed decision-making regarding product strategies, pricing adjustments, promotional activities, and inventory management.
