As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in translating complex technical processes and product knowledge into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Working closely with engineers, field service teams, and technical support staff, you will develop high-quality manuals, guides, and digital content for internal and external audiences. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of operations, the quality of service, and the satisfaction of end users. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative environment with exposure to advanced semiconductor technologies and global teams. Occasional international travel may be required, making this a dynamic and highly visible position.
Accountabilities
- Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including manuals, procedures, instructional guides, and multimedia content for internal and external users.
- Conduct interviews with engineers, technical staff, and end-users to gather detailed information for documentation purposes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content tailored for different audiences.
- Maintain and update documentation based on feedback, technical changes, and product upgrades.
- Follow documentation best practices, quality standards, and company-approved templates and formats.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation.
- Manage assigned projects, provide updates to stakeholders, and maintain action trackers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience (5-6 years) in technical writing.Proven experience producing high-quality technical documentation for engineering, service, or IT products.Strong understanding of technical concepts such as repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and product operation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.Proficiency in documentation tools and software; familiarity with multimedia content creation is a plus.Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Willingness to travel internationally when required and work effectively in a remote environment.Benefits
