Head of Product Implementation - InsureTech (P&C)

This is not a Product Manager hiring.We are looking for anHead of Product Implementationto perform a lead role in managing the implementation projects & teams of our enterprise software products. The role will be part of professional services set-up in an Insurtech product organisation. You will take ownership for building implementation teams and delivering implementations of our advanced technology products in the global insurance and reinsurance customers. This is a mix of leadership and hands-on role in fast paced and agile environment.Setting up and Leading Product Implementations : Create implementation framework for managing delivery of implementation projectsLead client implementation, service delivery providing management and oversight of implementation projects and staffing including project assignments, capacity planning, project profitability and delivery governanceMaintains complete control on product implementation schedule, budget and risk / issuesIdentify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidanceCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsCommunicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutionsContinually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsOversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of deliveryActively drive SI partnership and competency development of the product implementationWork with the finance and PMO to support customer invoicing and change managementLeadership & Strategic Involvement : Create an implementation team structure and delivery processBe responsible for the overall leadership of the implementation team globallyEstablish strategic plans along with other business leaders and maintain strong relationships with core product delivery, the sales team,
