We are into Vacuum and blower business, building customise solutions for major customers in oil and gas, refineries, thermal power plants, paper, mining, chemical plants etc.

Job Summary

This role is for procurement process for casting and machining components required by the organization. You will be responsible for new product development ,floating RFQ’S, coordinating with technical team, making comparative statements, negotiating, releasing PO, tracking & ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for casting and machining commodities.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, capacity, and delivery performance
• Support new product development with timely sourcing and cost alignment.
• Generate purchase orders, review purchase requisitions, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage procurement process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and correct supply of orders.
• Coordinate with stores, quality and accounts departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchased items.

Basic Qualification

BE – Mechanical / Production.

Experience :  8–10 years in direct procurement or sourcing, preferably in the Pump / Compressor industry.

Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements

Full time office role, travel whenever required.
