Business Analyst Job Duties and Responsibilities -Serve as a strategic relationship manager between Information Technology and a specific set of businesses. The BA serves as the primary technology consultant for business application(s), understands business processes, business practices, elicits and documents business requirements, and ensures that

• 7+ years of total experience, with a strong focus on business analysis and system analysis in financial services or related sectors.
• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis and reporting preferred
• Own and lead the Go to Market playbook, documentation
• Create the knowledge base artifacts for AI training, automation, and drive productivity gains for Product Operations
• Extensive experience in conducting system analysis and business analysis, with a customer-first mindset, ensuring that solutions align with user needs and market demands.
• Excellent communication skills and end-to-end ownership capabilities, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining comprehensive documentation, including product and system documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in creating and utilizing analytical dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize business strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, emphasizing collaboration with teams to integrate system and business analysis into the development process for innovative solutions.

Cross -functional Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

Understanding user needs and collaboration with merchant lifecycle experiences and platform teams

Executing data queries and maintaining funnel dashboards for post go live measurement

Maintaining Merchant Onboarding and Lifecycle Documentation

Writing EPICs and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria

Writing / Reviewing PRDs

Prioritization using an objective analytical framework

Conflict management and resolution

7+ Years of Total Experience

Experience in System analysis and Business Analysis and Customer First Thinking

Excellent in Communication and End to End Ownership

Experience in maintaining product documentation

Own and lead the Go to Market playbook, documentation

Create the knowledge base artifacts for AI training, automation, and drive productivity gains for Product Operations
