We are looking for a Business Analyst with an analytical bent of mind. You will work with key stakeholders in identifying and defining integration-specific business requirements, documenting processes and determining solutions for driving accomplishment of business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to define integration use cases, write detailed user stories, and create product specifications.
- Analyse and validate integration requirements with customers, sales, and internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable integration solutions.
- Perform competitive analysis and develop a deeper understanding of the market.
- Work closely with the Sales team on pre-sales activities, including RFPs and customer demos for integration-specific needs.
- Gather feedback from customers and Customer Success teams on integration challenges and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed mockups and UI requirements in alignment with the Product team.
- Assist the Marketing team with feature go-to-market planning, ensuring clear communication of integration benefits.
- Develop training materials and coach internal and external teams on integration workflows and features.
- Write user-friendly knowledge base articles and guides to simplify integration processes for end-users.
- Conduct quick user testing to validate integration features and workflows.
Requirements :
Proven experience working on integration projects, with at least 2 years in a B2B technology-driven product company.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create technical documentation and user-friendly guides.Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.A good understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, webhooks, and data synchronisation is required.Hands-on experience with tools like Figma or Sketch for creating product mockups and illustrations is preferred.Experience in customer support domain or QA / development roles in a cloud-based product company (optional).
