Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and development for Oracle EBS applications across Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing modules.
• Analyze and resolve issues or incidents by collaborating with business analysts and end users.
• Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, and integrations for Oracle EBS.
• Work on performance tuning, reports, and forms to enhance system efficiency.
• Create and modify reports using Oracle Reports, XML / BI Publisher, Blitz, and Qlik.
• Support workflows, forms, and OAF customizations as required.
• Utilize tools like ServiceNow, PVCS, and STAT for issue tracking and version control.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in all technical deliverables.
