About the Role :

Were seeking a visionary UI / UX Lead to take ownership of our digital product experiences. The ideal candidate will drive the design strategy, champion user-centric thinking, and lead high-impact design initiatives across responsive web and native mobile platforms. You will shape our design culture, elevate user experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build world-class products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and drive the complete UI / UX lifecycle from user research, wireframes, prototyping, and high fidelity visuals to final handoff.
• Define and evolve UX strategy across products and platforms ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability.
• Build, maintain, and enforce a cohesive design system that aligns with our brand identity and product vision.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for delightful UX.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing design feedback, creative direction, and career growth opportunities.
• Translate complex functional and business requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Balance innovation with usability and accessibility standards across all design outputs.
• Establish UX metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success and impact of design initiatives.
